Bio
Benjamin graduated Cum Laude from The University of Georgia with a B.A. in Theatre and a B.S. in Psychology. He is also a graduate of the 2013-2014 Aurora Theatre Apprentice Company. Ben also serves as the Head of Theatre Division for Phoenix 4 Productions where his credits include Associate Producer for Breathe: The Prequel and The Run Saga: Breathe. He is an Associate Producer for The Last Time We Were Here, an official selection of the 2015 New York Musical Festival.
His collegiate credits at UGA include Billy Flynn in Chicago, directed by Tony Award winner Chet Walker, Brick Russell in the world premiere of Must Go On, Man 1 (selections) in Songs For A New World and Jeff Zarrillo in the Thalian Blackfriars staged reading of “8.”
Benjamin has also had the privilege to tour with the Broadway Dreams Foundation as a production assistant/intern and performer under the direction of Annette Tanner, Nicholas Rodriguez, Matt Lenz, and Stafford Arima. With the Broadway Dreams Foundation, Ben has performed on stage with Broadway veterans such as Billy Porter, Stephanie J. Block, Megan Hilty, Eden Espinosa, Tyler Hanes, Deidre Goodwin, Tituss Burgess, Norm Lewis, Paul Canaan, Tony Vincent, Claci Miller, Diana Degarmo, James Kinney, Nikki Snelson & Craig D’Amico.
